Lendon Alexander passed away in Washington DC on the 21st of April, 2019. Lendon had just started his law career before his sudden, painful passing.

Attorney Lendon Alexander started at Foxie105FM radio station doing his Senior project for graduation requirements for Columbus High School. Then he became a part-timer on air / board-op, going on to UGA, then to Law School at George Washington Law School, then passing the Bar Exam on his 1st attempt. He was sworn in November 27, 2018.
Lendon was a leader of his generation with the love and support of his family, friends, fraternity, and community.
His sad death was announced on Facebook by his cousin, Erskine Alysious Alexander, who wrote on Facebook:
Facebook family and friends I asking for your prayers my cousin Lendon Alexander passed away in Washington DC.
Prayers up to my Dad Erskine Alexander Sr. And his brother Charles Alexander and the entire Alexander Family!

Woke up to this news. Right before you left for DC, you hung out with me and my wife at my Brushes and Beverage Birthday Party. When we talked, I always called you my lawyer. Your mom and I always chatted about how proud she was of you and what an awesome young man you turned out to be.

Lendon Alexander Mr. Chair, it was a privilege to serve as your Vice Chair.
We butt heads a lot! Lol but we were passionate about reviving the NBALSD and pushing it forward. We spent countless hours together building a website, creating membership forms, and making jokes about the wilds of law school.
I am in shock of your passing and I regret not giving you more flowers while you lived. However, God is the center of both our lives.
Because of your faith, my faith gives me peace in knowing that you are with God and having sweet rest.
