The Dutch Paralympic team return home from the Rio games in seventh place in the medals table, with 62 medals total, including 17 golds.
Among the gold winners were sprinter Marlou van Rhijn, who won both the 100m and 200m. The Dutch also won golds in cycling, wheelchair tennis, swimming and table tennis.
16-year-old Lisa Kruger and Liesette Bruinsma helped the swimming team to five medals, including two golds. Sanne Voets, who was a reserve in the Paralympic dressage competition, went on to win gold in that event.
The team will meet king Willem-Alexander later this week to celebrate their performance.
