Bayern Munich forward Thomas Muller has fired a warning shot towards Real Madrid ahead of their quarter-final Champions League second-leg clash. The German international posted a photo on Twitter of himself alongside Rafinha on Monday, captioning the picture: ‘Let’s go to Madrid. We are ready for a big fight.’
Despite Bayern going into the second-leg at the Bernabeu with a narrow 2-1 deficit, the Bundesliga stars seemed in a relaxed mood as they headed off to the Spanish capital.
Arturo Vidal, Bayern’s goalscorer in the first-leg at the Allianz Arena, struck a menacing pose next to Rafinha on Instagram before their flight to Madrid.
Meanwhile, centre-back Jerome Boateng took to Instagram looking in high spirits with left-back David Alaba, with the caption: ‘Off to Madrid’.
