Would you swim in a pool that none has ever known the depth of? Mystical and supernatural existence of some places in creation cannot
be explained. One such place is Bhimkund in Madhya Pradesh. This holy kund, is a natural water tank, located near Bajna village in
Chattarpur district.
It is a beautiful kund with crystal clear turquoise blue water. The caves around the kund are formed in a manner, that the sun’s rays fall on
the water making the water sparkle.

but do you know there is a mysterious pool in India and it is said that scientists have not been able to find the depth of the pool till date.
The name of this mysterious kund is Bhim Kund, which is located in Bajna village, about 70 km from Chhatarpur district of Madhya
Pradesh. As the name itself suggests, the story of this pool is associated with the Mahabharata period. It is said about this pool that in the
Mahabharata period, when the Pandavas were wandering here and there, they got very thirsty and they got no water anywhere. Then
Bhima made this pool by hitting the ground. It is said that this pool, 40-80 meters wide, is like a mace in view.
It is said that whenever there will be a natural calamity like a flood, storm, tsunami in the Asian continent, the water of the pool starts rising
automatically. It is also said that from the local administration to foreign scientists and the Discovery Channel have tried to find the depth of
this mysterious pool, but everyone is disappointed.
It is said that once foreign scientists had sent a camera up to 200 meters underwater to find the depth of the pool, but still the depth could
not be found. It is also said about this tank that its water is as pure as that of the Ganges and it never spoils. Even today, scientists do not
have any answer to the depth of the tank.
