Cardi B took to Twitter on Thursday to reveal she was hospitalised on Wednesday night amid the coronavirus pandemic, however, not for Coronavirus.
The singer, 27, shared a picture of her hospital in a now-deleted post and wrote that she had admitted herself after suffering from stomach pain for four days.
She wrote:
Honestly, cause I been having some real bad stomach problems for four days, I went to the ER last night,’ along with a cry face emoji. I am feeling way better, hopefully, tomorrow I will feel no more pain.
She did not give any further details about her diagnosis but it’s not thought to be related to the coronavirus. She has been reached out to for more information according but is yet to reply according to The Daily Mail.
The rapper has taken to her Instagram to post pictures and memes. This serves as a proof that she is better.
In the Instagram post, she shares a meme of Donald Duck which read: ‘When you’re hungry but all the food in the house needs to be cooked.’
Showing her funny side, she wrote: ‘Mood right now.’
Cardi B has been posting her activities through the social-distancing period, including the films she is watching. Also, she has kept her fans entertained by posting videos on her Instagram and also making live videos.
Cardi B is the recipient of numerous accolades, including a Grammy Award, seven Billboard Music Awards, five Guinness World Records, four American Music Awards, four MTV Video Music Awards, four BET Awards, and eleven BET Hip Hop Awards.
Time included her on their annual list of the 100 most influential people in the world in 2018. She received the award for ASCAP Songwriter of the Year in 2019.
