Medikal has finally dropped the first photo of his daughter on social media and fans are already gushing over her.
The daughter has been named Island Frimpong. The baby is a sweet little angel who is very beautiful like her parents.
Medikal who was the very first person to share the photo was holding the child in her arms like the precious child that she is.
