A woman, Stacey Nagy, has blasted US president, Donald Trump, Republican politicians and Texas Governor Greg Abbott, wishing them ‘Karma’ as she blames their response to the Coronavirus pandemic as the reason for her husband, David’s death, from coronavirus complications two weeks ago.
David Nagy died in late July in a Texas ICU, after his body was ravaged by the virus.
From when he was sick to his burial, his family were not allowed near his body.
Texas has over 474,000 cases, the third-highest number of any state in the US and in her obituary for her late husband, Nagy condemned the politicians and Texans whose refusal to wear masks, she said, were responsible for his death.
She also warned “May karma find you all.”
“Family members believe David’s death was needless,” Nagy wrote in an obituary for her 79-year-old husband. The obituary was published in a small newspaper in Jefferson, Texas.
“They blame his death and the deaths of all other innocent people on Trump, (Texas Gov. Greg) Abbott and all of the other politicians who did not take this pandemic seriously and were more concerned with their popularity and votes than lives.”
Also to blame for her husband’s death, Nagy wrote, are the “ignorant, self centered and selfish people who refused to follow the advice of the medical professionals, believing their ‘right’ not to wear a mask was more important than killing innocent people.”
“Dave did everything he was supposed to do, but you did not,” Nagy wrote. “Shame on all of you, and may karma find you all!”
