Sprinting sensation Usain Bolt will marry his Jamaican girlfriend after the Olympics, his sister has revealed.
The 30-year-old revealed in January that he was off the market and in a steady relationship.
He has been dating Kasi Bennett for more than two years and described the 26-year-old as being a ‘special person’ in his life. They made their relationship public yesterday.
Speaking to the Sun on Sunday, Christine Bolt-Hylton, 32, said: ‘There’s a very strong possibility they’ll get engaged when he comes home’.
It comes after Bolt’s mother Jennifer made it clear that once his Olympics career was over she wanted him to ‘settle down’ so she could have some grandchildren.
‘I would hope he’ll settle down, get married and start his family,’ she told CNN.
‘I know he’ll settle down because he has said it. He told me many times that he’s going to start his family.’
