A photo of the Governor of Abia state standing inside a train in China has created a buzz and different reactions online. Some
people have called it an act of humility while others said he was forced to humble himself in China.
The latter group emphasized that as a Governor, he will not try such a thing in his state. But, because he has gone to a foreign
land, was forced to adapt to their way of doing things. Some people have said the photo should teach Nigerian politicians important lessons that they are elected to
serve the people and not lord themselves over them.
“He won’t do this in Nigeria oh” someone commented.
Another person added: “if na 9ja now, e go carry 10cars dey waka… nobody go dey hear word…. but its not my business anyway.”
Someone else added: “This man is doing a great job in his “Made in Aba” promotion. He should extend further into infrastructural
development. Abia State needs a facelift.”
