Juventus officials met the agent of Douglas Costa in Torino on Tuesday and are said to have agreed a £5.3m per year deal, according to Sky in Italy.
Juventus and Bayern Munich are expected to start negotiations over a transfer fee for the Brazilian next week.
The Bundesliga champions want 50m (around £43.4) Euros while Juventus are only willing to pay a maximum of 45m Euros (around £39.6m).
The Brazil international emerged as a target for the Serie A champions in recent weeks and talks with his representatives on Tuesday suggest that he is willing to move to Turin.
Injuries limited the 26-year-old’s involvement in Bayern’s Bundesliga-winning campaign under Carlo Ancelotti, starting just 14 of the 23 games he played.
