Nick Gordon has reportedly been found responsible for the overdose death of his late girlfriend Bobbi Kristina Brown – the daughter of Whitney Houston.
Bobbi Kristina died six months after she suffered an overdose and fell into a coma in July 2015.
Gordon was due to appear in court in Fulton County, Georgia, today over her death but failed to turn up, for the second time, reports Radar.
As a result, Gordon has admitted to the crime through omission, according to Fulton County Superior Court Judge T. Jackson Bedford.

Gordon was allegedly there when Whitney Houston drowned in the bath and when her daughter later died under similar circumstances last year.
Bedelia Hargrove, conservator manager of Bobbi Kristina’s finances, has requested a judgment of at least $50 million for Gordon’s part in Brown’s death, according to Radar.
She claimed that Gordon beat her and gave her a toxic C0cktail that led to her death in July last year.
R. David Ware, a lawyer for Brown’s conservator, said outside of court: ‘The court agrees with us, by striking Mr Gordon’s answer that he is legally responsible for her death.’
