To be able to have a total transformation of something about you, the only required tool needed to accomplish that which I can vouch for is hard-work.
Borrowing this idea to having a good body shape to look more attractive, one needs to work his/her a$$es out with constant exercise to get to that desired shape.
Lately, weight loss has become predominant among ladies most especially obese women who want to get back in shape. They do that either by taking herbal medicine, pill or hit the gym.
The latter is the case of a very determined and hard-working lady who regardless has been able to lose weight to motivate the youth in her situation who also wishes to lose weight.
The plus-sized woman who shared her a picture of the progress on social media and captioned her post; “Stop making excuses just do it”
Her caption in my interpretation; is calling on all plus-sized women/men who badly wants to lose massive weight to just do it and stop making excuses.
