Men who are seeking to be better performers in bed would be closer to achieving their dream if they are on the Caribbean island of Cuba.
Cuba’s government became the first to offer free penis implants. The implants are part of a program set to be expanded across the communist island, an official newspaper reported.
According to Juventud Rebelde, silicon and silver penis implants are set to become more common in the years to come.https://youtu.be/IMdWI23BPHA
Men in seven Cuban provinces are eligible for the procedure, which urologist Juan Carlos Yip boasted was normally “exclusive to first world countries and at a high cost.
“It will be carried out in patients whose sexual suffering does not respond positively to traditional treatments,” he added.
Those over 40 and those with diabetes or circulation problems are set to be first in line the paper reported. This turns out to be a big win for the older Cuban population who still want to have a thrilling sęx life.
However, not everyone has followed due process when it comes to the free implants the Cuban government provides. The younger population, especially, have been reported to abuse this privilege.
This almost led the Cuban Government to create a policy that eliminates all types of health services, including surgery to enlarge the penis. Though already warned of the danger, especially from the booming demand among young people who lack confidence.
In recent years, doctors in Cuba often complained about the number of young people who abuse the free operation. Many who come and ask for a referral turn out to be that medically they have no abnormality to be corrected through surgery.
A majority of these patients come from among the male teens of which a good number of them are just not confident with the size of their penis.
The teenagers are usually worried that one day they would not be able to satisfy their partner during sęx if the size of their genitals become mediocre. However, some sęx experts are countering this mindset with their findings.
“It does not take a long penis to satisfy your partner. Women have a lot of erotic areas to be stimulated,” says sexuality expert from the Ministry of Health of Cuba, Ramiro Fragas as quoted from Skynews.
This was contained in a special message from the staff of the Ministry of Health delivered in a newspaper interview with young people in Cuba as the target audience. Fragas said the government is concerned about the many requests for penis enlargement surgery.
According to him, the effect of such an operation is certainly nothing compared to the risk, because surgery is very invasive and if one cuts the tendons, this might result in an inability to have an erect penis.
Hence, the Cuban government has now restricted this free penis enlargement surgery to only men whom it is medically necessary to repair their genitals.
