Robert Telles, who worked as the public administrator for Clark County, was detained at approximately 6:30 p.m. Wednesday at his home in the western part of Las Vegas, following a standoff with law enforcement officers that lasted for several hours and just a few hours after law enforcement officers had finished searching his property.
