Arsenal spurned the chance to go top of the Premier League table on Tuesday night as they were beaten 2-1 at Everton.
Tonight’s defeat ends Arsenal’s 14-match Premier League unbeaten run.
There were some fantastic scenes in the final minutes of the match.
Petr Cech twice ran the length of the field, first for a corner and then a free kick – which resulted in Phil Jagielka’s red card.
An Everton clearance nearly gave Romelu Lukaku the chance to score while Cech was running back to his goal.
Before all of that, Arsenal had the chance to equalise after a flurry of shots pingponged around the area and were cleared off the line.
Stonewall?
Arsenal also had a late penalty appeal waved away. But did they have a case?
Looked like a stone walk penalty for Arsenal at the end. Think Sanchez got way more of the ball, guess that's football #EVEARS
