The unstoppable Supa Mega of South African hip-hop is about to get a real grill during his Comedy Central Roast, brought to you in partnership with Showmax. Filmed in front of a live audience on February 21 at the Teatro at Montecasino, the Roast was shown on Comedy Central on DStv, while the full uncensored Roast dropped on Showmax on Tuesday, March 12.
Pearl Thusi is Africa’s first-ever female Roastmaster, and the panelists who launched fiery one-liners are Mark Fish, Nina Hastie, Francois van Coke, the legendary Davido from Nigeria, Pappy Penny, Moonchild Sanelly, comedian Moshe Ndiki and seasoned “oubaas” Pierre van Pletzen.
