Freddie Gibbs teamed up with Madlib on “Flat Tummy Tea” in February and now he breaks down the lyrics for Genius.
The Fetti artist talks about trying the tea before his girl told him it was for women, bowel movements, writing the lyrics in jail, drug references, fake jewelry, America being a company, black history, rappers passing away, fake friends, false loyalty, love for women, owning homes, and more.
The song will land on Freddie and Madlib’s forthcoming album Bandana. They delivered the title-track last month.
