Anton Bredell, Local Government and Environmental Affairs MEC is beckoning on the public to stay indoors and off the roads over this period.
James-Brent Styan, the MEC’s spokesperson said the South African Weather Service made an announcement that there would be very cold weather across most parts of the country, with snowfall and heavy rainfall expected across the Western Cape.
