You can watch games that air on NFL Network and your local NBC and CBS stations by logging in with your participating TV provider’s account or your CBS All Access account (CBS games only).

How to Sign Out of your TV Provider Account

- You should see your TV Provider’s logo on the top right of the player page. Click on the arrow next to the logo and you should see the option to sign out
- Note for XFINITY customers, To completely sign out of your XFINITY account, go to my.xfinity.com and click “Sign Out”.”

How to Activate NFL on Apple Tv
- First turn on Apple TV and sign up for your NFL game pass account.
- Once done you will be able to download the app.
- Launch the NFL app and go to your device’s “Settings” menu and select “Sign In”.
- Copy the activation code and visit nfl.com/activate to complete the activation process.
- Once done, you can watch NFL events and live matches on your Apple TV.
How to Activate NFL on PS4
- Go to the TV & Video option on your PS4 to download the NFL Network app.
- If you cannot see the app, navigate to the PlayStation Store and search for it.
- Install the NFL application once you get it.
- Launch the app.
- If you have an account with NFL Game Pass, log in with your credentials to start streaming.
- If you see an activation code, copy it.
- Go to nfl.com/activate.
- Enter the activation code and click on the Continue button.
How to Activate NFL on Xbox One
- Search for NFL on your Xbox search bar.
- Then install the app on your device (if not installed).
- Now go to the menu and search for the activate channel option.
- Under activate channel, choose your cable TV provider from the drop-down menu.
- You will receive the unique code, take note on that one.

- Enter the activation code and complete the activation process to start streaming NFL on your Xbox.

- Go to your device application store and search for CBS All Access.
- Install the app and launch it.

NFL App Frequently Asked Questions
Why can’t I watch Redzone on my CTV app?
Due to technical issues, Redzone will not be offered for the following platforms this week while using cable provider login.

I purchased NFL Redzone on my phone, why can’t I watch on other devices?
The Purchase for Redzone on your mobile device was for your mobile device only.
Users will still need to sign in with their cable credentials when using connected tv devices, gaming systems, and tablets.
Facebook sign-in for Android users
We are aware of an issue where some users on Android can not sign in through their Facebook account.
If you experience this issue, please try to sign in using your email address.
I can not view game replays on the NFL app
We are currently aware of an issue where some users are having trouble viewing game replays on the NFL app.
In order to view replays, you will need to select a favourite team.
To do this:
1. Select your account settings at the top right of the app
2. Select SELECT A TEAM
3. Choose your favourite team
Once your favourite team is selected, you should have access to game replays.
Update to New NFL App (3.0) to Sign In or View Content on Mobile
Please update the NFL app on your mobile device to the newest version in order to sign in and access NFL content.
Live Video in the NFL App
Remember to close/reopen, delete/download, or uninstall/reinstall updates if you are not getting video in the app. This should solve your issue

- Sign in with the correct account. Try all accounts. Power device off/on. Confirm purchase with receipt or bank account.
- Sign out/sign in, close/reopen, or delete/download the app. For Android with Verizon, clear the app cache/data in Applications Manager (see below), or uninstall updates, and update the app again.
- Disable/remove ad-blocking software/extensions/apps.
Troubleshooting (Clear Cache on Androids)
Android users who are unable to delete the app, clear app data/cache or delete and download the app and allow all permissions when going back into the app, please. See gif below. Users must accept app permissions for live video to work.
Taking the following steps will resolve most issues experienced with the app:
- Update the app to the latest version.
- Update to the latest version of your phone/tablet Operating System.
- Sign out/sign into your NFL Account.
- Hard close the app, and then re-open.
- Delete, and then re-download the app.
- For Android users with Verizon, clear app cache/data in Applications Manager, and/or uninstall updates, and update the app again.
- Turn Location Services on.
- Confirm you are signing in with the correct account credentials.
- Disable/remove ad-blocking software/extensions/apps.

How do I order NFL RedZone for mobile?
In the NFL app, please select the MORE button at the bottom of the app.
Select the silhouette on the top right of the app.
Select RedZone under subscription. This will give you the option to purchase a RedZone subscription.
For Access on Sundays:
In the app, go to SCORES. RedZone should be shown in the video box at the top. ( RedZone is only available on Sundays). Select that square to start the purchase flow, and to view the stream.
USERS THAT PURCHASE ON MOBILE WILL STILL NEED TO SIGN IN WITH THEIR SATELLITE/CABLE CREDENTIALS WHEN USING CONNECTED TV DEVICES AND TABLETS

- Season Ticket Members have access through their membership and just need to sign in to the Season Ticket Members section in Settings.
- On Tablets:
- NFL RedZone subscribers just need to sign in using their satellite/cable TV credentials. DirecTV or Sunday Ticket subscribers must go to DirecTV or Sunday Ticket apps and sites to view RedZone. We apologize for this inconvenience.
- Note: NFL RedZone cannot be accessed on a tablet using an app store subscription.
- NFL RedZone is accessible during the game slates that begin at 1 pm ET and 4 pm ET. Subscription preferences for mobile devices can be managed through Google Play or the App Store. Please find instructions for managing, modifying or changing subscription preferences below.

If you desire to view RedZone through a Connected TV Device, you must sign in with cable provider credentials unless you are a DirecTV/Sunday Ticket subscriber, in which case please go to DirecTV/Sunday Ticket apps or sites. You can also sign in to the NFL app with cable credentials if you already have that as part of your regular cable package. Just follow the simple prompts for cable RedZone access on your smartphone.
Season Ticket Members have access to RedZone in the app (smartphones only) by using their registered Ticketmaster credentials in that section of the mobile app.
