The jury is out. Nigerian music star Wizkid has been nominated for the Best International Act (Africa) category at the forthcoming BET Awards 2015 which will take place on June 28th 2015. This is the second time Wizkid will be nominated for the category after winning it in 2012.Alongside Wizkid is buzzing artiste, Yemi Alade who has now bagged her first international awards recognition. Yemi Alade rose to fame thanks to her chart bursting single Johnny which has seen more than 10million YouTube views but what makes her special is how she unites most part of West Africa. But she faces tough competition.Wizkid and Johnny singer Yemi Alade will have to beat other African stars such as Ghanaian dancehall act Stonebwoy and rapper Sarkodie, South African rap titan AKA, MTV VMA winner Sauti Sol, Congo’s Fally Ipupa and The Soil from South Africa.
