1. Showing signs of depression
Look out for your partner showing signs of depression which may include sulking, staring into a space continuously, not wanting to partake in any activities, breaking into crying fits, irregular sleeping patterns etc. those who go through a midlife crisis are affected by the negative emotions that in turn, affects relationships and decisions.
2. Being angry
Your partner may impulsively burst into fits of anger. They might also try to blame you for their mistakes. This is because they are always at the edge of their situation, making them extremely moody and irritated.
3. Second-guessing values
Your partner may begin questioning their long-held beliefs and values. They may feel betrayed by what they used to think and believe because trusting themselves is not someone who’s facing a midlife crisis, would do.
4. Being distant in the relationship
