Teyana Taylor dropped a star-studded video for “Issues / Hold On” earlier this month and now she teases new music with Quavo.
The G.O.O.D. Music artist took to her Instagram page last night with a snippet of the song. The dynamic duo touch on the subjects of loyalty, love, and relationships. These are undoubtedly familiar topics to both of them as Quavo has a budding romance with Saweetie and Taylor’s marriage to Iman Shumpert is one to aspire to.
Although there’s no release date for their track Teyana said:
“We got one @quavohuncho should we drop it?!!”
The Keep That Same Energy singer recently spoke with Elton John on Beats 1 Radio’s Rocket Hour. She talked about her forthcoming LP not being solely left to Kanye West, determination to drop this year, wanting to solidify her vision, and more.
Teyana is working on a project with Ty Dolla Sign and she’s been exercising her directorial skills. Examples include her latest video and Iman’s clip for “Handel Bars.”
Quavo unloaded his debut solo album Quavo Huncho in October. It debuted at number two on Billboard’s Top 200 chart by selling 99,000 units in the first week. He will join the rest of Migos on Culture III, which has been pushed back to 2020.
