Tekashi 6ix9ine’s former record label ’10K Projects’ seem to have high hopes of cashing out on the rapper following a record deal they both agreed to after he (Tekashi) ratted out his associates in the Nine Trey Bloods gang.
The New York rapper was cut a record deal worth more than $10 million and it is expected he will put out 2 albums … one in English and one in Spanish after regaining his freedom.
TMZ reported that Tekashi’s former label is willing to take the risk not just on him being popular after serving his jail time but also on being given a light sentence.
Tekashi who will be sentenced in December, was facing a minimum of 47 years for firearms and racketeering charges but he snitched on a number of people to reduce his sentence. His former fellow Nine Trey Blood gang members were found guilty of kidnapping and racketeering charges last week.
