The West Coast artist appeared in court earlier today to answer for failing to complete community service and possession of ammunition. The judge considered sending him to federal prison for two years, but changed their mind after considering various business opportunities that he’s lost due to the incarceration. The SODMG rapper has been locked up for 20 days, so he will get credit for 40 toward his sentencing of 240 days plus 265 days of community service.
Big Drako’s Los Angeles home was raided by police in February and authorities found his illegal ammo. The whole incident was caused by false kidnapping claims made by his ex-girlfriend.
After having the biggest comeback of 2018, Soulja Boy kept the momentum going this year. He dropped a pair of projects called Fuego and Tell Ya and planned to deliver King Soulja 9 on April 20th, but his legal issues pushed it back. Fans will have to wait to see if How Can You Blame Me? still comes out this July.
