The singer who topped Apple Music’s list of most streamed SA female artist detailed some of her mother’s experience as a white mother, nurturing a black daughter.
While celebratring every female figure, she took time to speak of her RoseFest music festival and Shekhinah confessed that it’s the most beautiful thing.

“Things seemingly could go so wrong , when you have a white mother and a black daughter but we showed them with these boomshaka braids back in 1997 😭😂, many underestimated my moms capabilities and decisions but she rose above every stereotype and Braided each one with all the love and intention any mother would have . What I’m saying is WOMEN ARE LIMITLESS , to the most fabulous women on production today thank you for making my PDF come to life Rosefest is the most beautiful thing I have seen our mark will be left ❤️”
