Ghanaian Hip hop recording artist Michael Owusu Addo professionally known as Sarkodie who recently launched his Annual Rapperholic Concert has revealed the secret behind the success in his music career.
Being the best rapper in Ghana, he said he fashioned a formula to make his lyrics appeal to Ghanaians but his flow and delivery appeal to a wider audience across the world which is making waves for him.
Speaking to the bloggers at the launch of his Rapperholic concert after he got nominated in the 2019 BET Hip hop awards, he said that ;
‘From day one, when i broke through proper-proper, i restrategised and told myself that my lyrics would appeal to Ghanaians because i’m from Ghana, but my flow and delivery gonna appeal to the masses and that’s the world and so this is what’s worked for me all this while and still working for him.’
