The Marlian president, Naira Marley has becomes the number one on the lists of the most viewed artist in Nigeria as he ranks ahead of ten other big names in the country.
Youtube Music was recently launched in Nigeria; a streaming platform and Naira Marley made a surprise appearance at the event.
During a talk show with him, the host asked how he felt to be the most viewed artist on Youtube in Nigeria, he replied that he felt like a mini legend.
Davido, Burna Boy, Kiss Daniel, Teni, Zlatan, Chris Brown, Olamide, Wizkid, Mercy Chinwo also made the list of most viewed artists on Youtube in Nigeria for the year 2019.
Chris Brown is the only foreign artist in the list.
It was also revealed during the launch that 90% of the views of the top 100 most viewed Nigerian based artists came from outside Nigeria.
While 70% of views were from outside Africa.
