As we reported , Chris Brown was accused of raping a young lady while in Paris, France. The alleged assault went down at the Mandarin Oriental hotel, and Brown was arrested and released by Parisian authorities in connection to the alleged assault.
The authorities have not charged Brown with anything, and the singer maintains that he is innocent.
According to TMZ , Brown plans on suing his accuser for defamation. His Parisian lawyer, Raphael Chiche, said,
” Chris Brown is free. No lawsuits were filed against him. He vigorously challenges the charges against him. A complaint for slanderous denunciation will be filed tomorrow with the public prosecutor of Paris.”
