Cassper Nyovest has made huge success within the first 3 months in 2019 and one of which is his deal with Samsung SA.
The rap star who’s now a face of the brand speaks of how he’s being treated in an interview with SowetanLIVE.
“It’s a huge brand, my biggest corporate deal. I love that they are letting me be myself. They didn’t come and say ‘you need to change your hairstyle and the way you speak’, I can still be myself and create dope properties. I’m loving it so far.”
“It’s about creating dope opportunities for the youth because it’s about the future. The kids are the future and we have to create hope for them. It’s important for the kids to see that someone like me is made the face of such a prestigious brand, it speaks to them.”
“It will definitely take me to the world, that’s what they want to do. Technology is another market they are trying to introduce me to. We spoke about the possibilities of me going to China and seeing where the phones are manufactured and collaborating with artists from those countries in terms of technology, music [and] entertainment; it’s all one thing now.”
This Samsung partnership has already done amazing things. My prediction says all the competitors are going to buy into other hip hop brands which is dope for hip hop we have become the most lucrative genre in the country. How dope is that? WHAT A TIME TO BE ALIVE!!!!
