Franco Harris, a former National Football League fullback, died on Wednesday, December 21, at the age of 72. His family confirmed his death to KDKA-TV but did not say why.
Harris was married to Dana Dokmanovic, and their son, Dok Harris, ran for Mayor of Pittsburg in 2009. Pete Harris, a well-known college football player, died in 2006 of a heart attack.
