Richard Howard “Rick” Hilton, an American businessman and real estate dealer, is thought to be worth $300 million. He is the co-founder and chairman of the real estate brokerage company Hilton & Hyland. He is the grandson of Hilton Hotels’ founder Conrad Hilton and the son of billionaire Barron Hilton. In addition, he and his wife, the actress Kathy Richards, are the parents of the socialites Paris Hilton and Nicky Hilton.
Richard Hilton acquired his wealth through investing in residential and commercial real estate and creating the Brentwood Estates gated community. He assisted in the $85 million sale of Candy Spelling’s Holmby Hills house to Petra Ecclestone. Hilton reportedly received a $2 million commision for representing Spelling and Ecclestone. In Los Angeles, California, on August 17, 1955, Hilton was born.
