Born-again American rapper, Kanye West, and Russian actress, Irina Shayk, are reportedly dating amidst his filed divorce with Kim Kardashian.
According to an American celebrity gossip site, Page Six, the pair has been seeing each other for a few weeks.
“Kanye and Irina are seeing each other. It’s casual at the moment, but they are into each other. It’s been going on for a few weeks now,” the news platform quoted a source as saying.
The duo was said to have been friends for years as the actress appeared in the rapper’s music video for ‘Power’ in 2010 and also participated in his Paris Fashion Week show about two years later.
The rapper also referred to the actress and model in ‘Christian Dior Denim Flow,’ his song released in 2010 which confirms that they have history together.
Following the viral pictures of the two obtained by the media outlet, the rapper was seen taking a romantic stroll with Irina at Provence in France as they have been staying at the luxury hotel.
The pictures, taken on Tuesday, which happened to be the birthday of the rapper, also showed that they are quite comfortable around each other.
It was also gathered that Shayk was previously married to Bradley Cooper, an American actor, with whom she has a child. She was also reported to have been engaged in an affair with soccer star, Christiano Ronaldo in the past.
Meanwhile, West and Shayk also returned to New Jersey together in a private jet after their romantic getaway to France for his birthday. However, they didn’t leave their airport together.
While West was spotted wearing a blue windbreaker, Shayk was spotted in an all-white sweatsuit, a black mask and a Burberry bag.
Shayk is the first woman West has been linked to since Kim Kardashian filed for divorce in February afther seven years of marriage. The estranged couple share four children: North, 7, Saint, 5, Chicago, 3, and Psalm, 2.
Shayk co-parents a adughter, Lea, 4, with ex Bradley Cooper.
