While the internet may be having fun with a conspiracy involving Nicki Minaj and her collaboration Migos collaboration, “Motor Sport,” featuring Cardi B, The Pinkprint rapper isn’t here for it.
Recall that just after Motor Sport was released, it stirred new discussion about the alleged feud between Nicki and Cardi (which both rappers had previously denied). While the song was confirmation to their fans that the two females have no beef, some trolls insisted that there was still beef, and both female rappers were actually dissing each other on the track.
Speaking on Complex magazine show, Everyday Struggle rapper Joe Budden cooked up a conspiracy theory that the two females were dissing each other on the track, adding that the song was initially a collaboration between Migos and Cardi B and Kanye West who convinced the rappers to get Nicki Minaj on it.

Quickly, the video sparked conversations on social media, reigniting the old speculation that the two females are beefing each other. And that was when Nicki Minaj hit Twitter to set the records straight, saying that Motor Sport was initially a collaboration between herself and Quavo.
“I was on the song w/Quavo. No one else was on it. He called & asked if I think we should put Bardi on it, I said “ok let’s do it”. The end,” she said, “Migos weren’t even on it yet. Just Quavo. The conspiracy theories r just so tired. Relax. Breathe. Imagine me not knowing who on a song w/me.”
And she went on to add that she must give a written approval after listening to any song she’s on, before they are streamed. “Anything w/my name on it gets approved by me. It can’t even go on a streaming service w/o me hearing it & giving written approval.” she said.
In her final tweet, she fired back at Joe Budden, including him in the list of men who refuse to see women blossom, who would rather have them beefing each other. “These are men in our culture who simply refuse to let it go. They don’t do this to male M.C.’s. But yo #Motorsport #1 added on urban radio,” she concluded.

Also, Cardi B spoke up, saying that people are so vested in the idea of a beef between her and Nicki that they would not be satisfied if they see her and Nicki, because imaginary beefs are more entertaining to these trolls.
